Disney World's ever-popular Lake Buena Vista golf course is located just behind the bustling Downtown Disney area. This pleasant resort-style, country-club course comprises two nine-loops, the first of which winds its way through the quaint pastel villas and condos of "Old Key West". The back-nine exudes a more natural feel as you journey through a woodland of pines and palmettos. Water is never too far away throughout your round, with canals and small lakes providing a frequent threat, not least at the island-green par-3 7th and par-3 16th (where a scenic canal needs to be crossed in front of the tee). Although no longer used in the PGA Tour's Walt Disney Classic, the LBV course still presents an excellent test for golfers of all levels, and will often feel a bit tighter than is the case on the other Disney courses.
