It is located just outside Sungai Petani, which is itself close to the border with Penang. Meaning "love and affection" in Malaysian, Cinta Sayang is indeed a picturesque and very playable golf course. Large lakes are spread over the flattish terrain, punishing wayward and misdirected shots.
