Where2Golf says:

Bangkok Golf Club may at first sight appear to be home to two easy-going loops of parkland golf. But beware, there is plenty here to tempt and punish the overly complacent golfer. The relatively garden-like qualities and resident population of geese, ducks and swans may initially command more of your attention than the golf course, but after a double-bogey or two your concentration will re-focus to the more immediate golfing tasks at hand.

A good score will be based on hitting some tightish fairways, while avoiding water hazards that run alongside many holes and front several of the excellent par-3s. The best of the short holes is the par-3 11th, played to an island green that is also fronted by a wide gaping bunker. What you'll also find here are superb quality greens - undulating and fast, and a great test of your ability with the short stick. Thankfully, the caddies are well versed in reading the many slopes and borrows that characterise these putting surfaces.

Around this relatively compact course is a real assortment of buildings: an office, a school, a temple, some local housing and a bit of industry thrown in here and there. But inside this garden-like oasis the realities of the outside world melt away, to be replaced by a well-maintained and thoroughly enjoyable golf course ... whether you play it under the sun or under its floodlights.

At this Stay & Play venue, the on-site accommodation is located close to the golf facilities.
