Where2Golf says:

27 Club (formerly the Tianjin Yangliuqing Golf Club): Previously a well-rated 36-hole layout known as Tianjin Yangliuqing Golf Club, the layout here has been transformed into a 27-hole course, designed by Beau Welling and Tom McBroom. Rather than taking its name from the 27-holes of the newly created North, West and South nines, 27 Club is named after the 27 former major champions who each contributed to the design of at least one of the holes.

A million cubic metres of earth were moved on the site to create the new 27-hole layout, which now includes sweeping elevation changes above the course's several man-made lakes. Boulder-strewn creeks also feature in the design. This predominantly tree-lined and open parkland layout, built with top level tournament play in mind, will not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy. Definitely worth including on your itinerary if you are in the area.

The 27 major winners involved in the project are: Angel Cabrera, Annika Sorenstam, Ben Curtis, Mark Calcavecchia, Mark O’Meara, Nick Faldo, Nick Price, Paul Azinger, Bernhard Langer, Curtis Strange, David Duval, Fred Couples, Scott Simpson, Johnny Miller, Steve Jones, Tom Lehman, Todd Hamilton, Ian Baker-Finch, Jeff Sluman, John Daly, Larry Mize, Lee Trevino, Greg Norman, Y.E. Yang, Vijay Singh, Tom Weiskopf, and Tom Watson.
