Where2Golf says:

Kayak Point Golf Course: CLOSED IN OCT 2018, probably on a permanent basis. Check for current status before planning a visit.

[Original Where2Golf description]: Kayak Point is a pleasant tree-lined course, set just under a mile back from Port Susan, a large bay north of Seattle that is part of the Whidbey Island Basin of Puget Sound. This quiet and very natural course should not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy. Plenty of golfing challenge, a well-crafted design and usually good upkeep all contribute to the appeal of this course. Just under an hour's drive from downtown Seattle.
