From St Germain-en-Laye follow the D190 direction Poissy for approx 3.2 km. Golf is well sign-posted on your left.
Golf de Saint-Germain is home to a Harry Colt designed gem that oozes quality and old world charm at every turn. Many regard it as one of Colt's finest continental designs. Taking a relatively flat area of woodland with a railway running through it, the great man set to work and skilfully crafted a wonderful variety of excellent golf holes.
Apart from the need for care as you cross the railway line (four times), this is a course to relax on, swing easy and soak up the beautiful woodland atmosphere. Like most Colt courses, Saint-Germain is blessed with an outstanding collection of par-3s. At these and several other holes the greens are elevated, with large stylish bunkers defending them. At the short par-4 10th for example, attempts to drive the green will most likely fail. If you do get close, a wall of bunkers in front of the green will invariably mean a sandy second shot.
The clubhouse, beautiful in its resplendent dark green and white livery, offers food and wines of the highest quality. Don't miss out on lunch if you do visit; it's one of the best in any of the golf clubs around Paris.
Visitors welcome on weekdays; no visitors on weekends. Closed Mondays.

Scottie Scheffler: narrowly missed out on matching Nelly Korda’s three-in-three, when he placed second at the Houston Open. This followed back-to-back wins at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and The Players. Like Korda, he remains comfortably ahead in the official world golf rankings.
