The Broadmoor Resort (Mountain course)

4-star: Above average course - well worth a visit.

Est. 1976

The Broadmoor Resort (Mountain course): GOLF COURSE CLOSED IN 2015 following land slippages in the area, and has remained closed through 2024. Check for current status before planning a visit. The Broadmoor Resort and its excellent East and West courses are unaffected and remain open and fully operational.

[Original Where2Golf description]: The Broadmoor Resort is located a few miles outside the city of Colorado Springs on the edge of Cheyenne Mountain State Park. Here you'll find three excellent 18-hole championship golf layouts: the much revered East course, the also Donald Ross inspired and pleasantly testing West course, and the relatively newer Mountain course (located two miles from the main resort centre).

The Mountain course (originally known as the South course) is a mountain-style and open parkland layout that should not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy.

Renovated by Nicklaus Design in 2008, the course features wide forgiving fairways, large greens and beautiful mountain vistas. It is an ideal test for golfers of all skill levels and handicaps. Plenty of golfing challenge, the well-crafted design and usually good upkeep all contribute to the appeal of this course.

Stay&Play at The Broadmoor: luxury onsite accommodation available (see Where2Stay section below).
