Queenstown Harbor (River course): is home to two 18-hole championship golf courses, which include the generally higher-rated River course and the also pleasantly testing Lakes course.

The River course is a tree-lined and open parkland layout that should not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy. Plenty of golfing challenge, a well-crafted design and usually good upkeep all contribute to the appeal of this course. One to include on your play list if you are in the area. At this Stay&Play venue, the on-site accommodations are located close to the golf facilities.

Did you know?

Queenstown Harbor is a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary course. The land on which the course was built, was first developed by Henry deCoursey in the 1600s. DeCoursey, a surveyor, was given the land by Cecil Calvert (second Lord of Baltimore). deCoursey was asked by Calvert to place his thumbprint on a map; he was then given all the land (the "thumb grant" as it became known) under that thumbprint. During construction of the golf course by the owners, The Brick Companies, a treasure chest of artifacts was uncovered from the original deCoursey home site.
