St Louis Country Club

Private course - for members and their invited guests only.
St Louis Country Club Est. 1892

Where2Golf says:

St Louis Country Club: the father of American golf course architecture, Charles Blair Macdonald, had a relatively tight piece of ground to work with when he designed this layout in 1914. That didn't stop the great man from incorporating many of his favourite hole designs into the layout. Back-to-back par-3s come at the 2nd and 3rd holes; there's a "Redan" par-3 at 16, and a closing par-4 that requires a blind approach to the final green ... an interpretation of the 17th (Alps) at Prestwick in Scotland. St Louis CC is a private club, exclusively for the use of members and their invited guests.
