Did you know?

A nine-hole golf course existed in the Czech spa town of Carlsbad from 1904. With the ever increasing popularity of golf in the early 1900s, Crystof Noskowski was commissioned to design an 18-hole course for the city in 1928, which opened for play in 1933. Noskowski was a Paris-based, French golf course architect, of Polish origins.
