Did you know?

Founded in the late 1880s, Wilmslow is one of the oldest clubs in Cheshire and has occupied its present site for over a hundred years. The Clubhouse occupies the site of what was once Pownall Brow Farm. The present course was opened in March 1903, but over the passage of time it has been modified and developed by a several eminent golf course architects including Sandy Herd, James Braid, Tom Simpson and George Duncan.
