Estonia Golf & Country Club, home to the 18-hole championship Sea course and 9-hole Stone course, is located alongside the estuary of the Jägala River, a short drive from Estonia's capital city of Tallinn. Rated amongst the top 100 courses in continental Europe, the Sea course occupies a wonderfully natural setting, with many of the holes played through pristine woodland.
The Sea Course, stretching out to over 7,000 yards from the tips, is a true championship golf course. The impressive layout occupies unspoiled forest, whilst also reaching out to the beach and playing along the Jägala River. With an overall elevation change of 40 metres, oak alleys, ancient boulders, and natural ponds adorn this excellent golf course.
The signature short par-4 3rd hole, played downhill from an elevated tee, serves up a glorious view onto the Gulf of Finland's Ihasalu Bay. This more open part of the course is revisited as you play the also stunning par-5 15th, which starts alongside the Jägala River before expansive wetlands take-over as you near the Bay.

The country of Estonia declared and fought for its independence from Russia in 1918, during the time of the Bolshevik takeover in Russia and German advances into Russia during the First World War.
