Reynolds Lake Oconee (Creek Club)

Private course - for members and their invited guests only.
Reynolds Lake Oconee (Creek Club) Est. 2007

Where2Golf says:

Reynolds Lake Oconee (Creek Club): The private Creek Club is a well-rated golf course and testing tree-lined parkland layout. Richland Creek comes into play on 14 holes, demanding forced carries on eight of them, either off the tee or from the fairway. Much like the creek, the course flows with constantly changing features, appearing easy-going at some points, more challenging at others.

Spread around the extensive lakeside and residential development of Reynolds Lake Oconee are 117-holes of golf, contained in five public-access courses and the members-only Creek Club course. A second private course is planned/in development and will be known as the Richland Club.

The Reynolds Lake Oconee courses have been designed and crafted by a veritable Who's Who of great course architects, including: Jack Nicklaus (Great Waters), Bob Cupp (The Landing and The Preserve), Tom Fazio (27-hole National course), Rees Jones (The Oconee), Jim Engh (Creek Club) and Pete Dye (Richland Club).

Did you know?

Recognised for its natural beauty and riverside forests, the Oconee River has provided a family retreat for over 100 years. Many families quickly decided to "linger longer," turning one-or-two day visits into three-four-or five day family retreats.

By 1982, the river had become Lake Oconee, and Reynolds Plantation, now known as Reynolds Lake Oconee, was founded. It has evolved into a globally recognised resort, community and club, with six golf courses, nine dining venues, four full-service marinas, swimming pools, 21 miles of walking and biking trails, a world class fitness and tennis club, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel at its centre.
