Hassan II Trophy tournament results, listed below, are sorted by year and feature the title sponsor, name of winner, golf tournament venue, score and prize money.  

The Hassan II Trophy was introduced in 1971 as an unofficial limited-field event, inspired by the golf-loving King Hassan II of Morocco. It became a European Tour sanctioned event in 2010. The Hassan II Trophy was joined in 1993 by the Lalla Meryem Cup, a limited-field women's professional event, played at the same time and in the same place as the men's event.
