The New Zealand PGA

The New Zealand PGA tournament results, listed below, are sorted by year and feature the title sponsor, name of winner, golf tournament venue, score and prize money.

The New Zealand PGA Ch'ship is a current Australasian Tour event, played since 1920 (and on an unofficial basis for a few years before that). Originally a Match Play event, it switched to stokeplay in 1965. From its official inception in 1920, it was not played in 1940-45 due to the Second World War, and in 1964, 1986 and 1988-2001 due to lack of sponsorship. In recent years it has been played as a co-sanctioned event with the US Nationwide Tour (2002-2008) and has benefitted from the title sponsorship of: Holden (2003); Clearwater Resort (2004); ING (2005/06) and HSBC (2007-9).
