Where2Golf says:

Woodenbridge Golf Club: One of Ireland's oldest courses, Woodenbridge sits in a natural valley, with wooded slopes on both sides. The beautiful River Avoca runs through the course with at least ten holes played alongside the river and lake waters. The huge popularity of Woodenbridge amongst both local and visiting golfers is not surprising; this is one of Ireland's most picturesque and enjoyable courses.
