Did you know?

Jerry Matthews, designer of the Hawk Hollow course, is a former President of the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA), the oldest professional organization of golf course designers in America. Matthews' foray into the golf industry began when he was 12 years old, working for this father on the maintenance crew at Green Ridge Country Club. He teamed up with his father in 1960 to form the golf course design firm of W. Bruce Matthews & Son, now Jerry Matthews Natural Course Design.
