Where2Golf says:

Crescent Pointe Golf Club: Not yet played by the Where2Golf team, we hear that Crescent Point commands an impressive reputation with both local and visiting golfers alike. The Club's own literature says: This Arnold Palmer designed signature course will take your breath away! Spectacular marsh views. Magnificent, century-old oaks, pines and blossoming magnolias. Dramatic white-sand "beach bunkers" that cascade down to the water's edge. A unique feature of this world-class course is elevated greens and tees not usually found on the other Lowcountry courses. It's a shot maker's delight.

Did you know?

The modern-day town of Bluffton, which was originally part of a royal parcel of land awarded to Lord Colleton, has a rich, fascinating history. Located on a high bluff overlooking the May River, Bluffton was a pastoral country retreat for wealthy plantation owners in Savannah and Beaufort in the 19th century. Over the years, the area became popular with hunters, who enjoyed the rustic splendour of the Lowcountry woods. Today, Bluffton has become an increasingly popular area to call home, extending the appeal of Hilton Head Island to the mainland, and extending the range of golf courses on offer.
