Where2Golf says:

Real (Royal) Club de Golf de Sevilla: Located just outside Sevilla, on the way out to the town of Alcala de Guadaíra, the Jose Maria Olazabal designed Seville Golf Club was granted its Royal status soon after opening for play in 2002. This excellently maintained golfing oasis is surrounded by a mix of rural countryside and residential housing, while in the distance one or two light industrial views are also thrown in. Olazabal's excellently crafted layout occupies a relatively open, lightly tree-planted environment. The holes are laced with a profusion of stylish bunkering, several threatening water hazards and plenty of rolling earthmounds, on which the lush, ball-grabbing grass is best avoided if you can. Generally good-width, inviting fairways should provide confidence from the tee, but the key technical challenge will be hitting the heavily bunkered and smallish greens, not least when they sidle up alongside the water hazards. Close to, but not within sight of the Guadaíra river and the Parque Natural de Oromana nature park, Royal Seville's proximity to Andalucía's ancient capital city, makes this an attractive destination for golfers exploring the highlights of southern Spain.
