Where2Golf says:

Club de Golf Villamartin: This well-designed course weaves its way over undulating terrain and between the ever-growing volume of holiday villas and flats in Villamartin. The layout provides an enjoyable test for golfers of all levels, with quite a few uphill and blind tee shots to be played. The holes are predominantly tree-lined, with out-of-bounds featuring on a few. Special mention should be made of the tiled indicator boards on each tee. The par-3s are generally long, especially on the back-nine, and like all the holes are played to excellent quality greens. The site itself may not be the most scenic in Spain, but the course is worth a visit if you are staying in the area, or at La Manga, which is 30-40 minutes away by car.

Koksijde Golf ter Hille Golf Club: on what was previously open farmland, an enjoyable and challenging links-style layout has been crafted. Perhaps the inspiration for Koksijde's new course came from a renowned Harry Colt layout that existed in the 1920s just a couple of kilometres to the west. Read more...
