Sweden Best Golf Courses

Best golf courses in Sweden

Its hard to imagine why more foreign visitors do not head for the golf courses of Sweden. The overall quality of courses and facilities rank alongside any great golf nation and with the likes of Barseback, Ljunghusens, Halmstad (Tylosand), Ullna and Bro-Balsta on offer, this is 5-star golfing country.

The golf season in Sweden is probably shorter than in many other countries. However, during the summer months this is compensated by the long hours of daylight. In Skåne, the most southern province of the country, the first courses open in the first half of April. They close in October or even in the beginning of November.

Check out the list below to find out more about the top golf courses in Sweden. Where2Golf provides golf course reviews, golf ratings, photos, resort and hotel information of the best. To make the most out of your golf trip, look up the location of the courses on the Sweden golf map.

To each golf course visited we applied a rating. The rating scale, 5 (highest) to 1 (lowest), attempts to provide an indication of the golfing experience you can expect at each rated course.
