Where2Golf says:

Gassan Marina Golf Club is home to the third and latest of a handsome triumvirate of Gassan courses to be developed in the northern province of Lamphun, near to Chiang Mai. All three are designed by Gassan's owner, the noted Thai architect Pravit Raeng-Po. Gassan Marina, a golf course stretching to well over 7600 yards, was completed in 2006 and is one of the longest courses in Thailand. Its unique distinction comes from all 18 holes being designed around the contours of a large lake. Add in plenty of waterside bunkers, a scenic backdrop of mountains and lush greenery, and you have a beautiful setting to complement the golfing challenge. The course does not have any par 5's, instead there are four par 6's, each one making a significant contribution to the layout's overall length. Sweeping fairways, plenty of water hazards and a mass of bunkers will all test and probe your golfing abilities.

At this Stay & Play venue, the on-site accommodation is located close to the golf facilities.
