Where2Golf says:

Santiburi Country Club Chiang Rai: This skilfully designed Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course, in combination with its beautifully natural surroundings, ensures Santiburi Country Club ranks alongside the very best in Thailand. A large meandering lake ensures the flattish front-nine at Santiburi is something of a trial by water, while the more undulating back-nine is less water protected, but no less challenging. Bunkering throughout, whether it be sand or grass, is top-class and the often large, sloping greens are a challenge unto themselves. After the short par-3 signature hole at 17, water and a proliferation of bunkers closes the round at the wonderful, snaking par-5 18th. Definitely one of the kingdom's best, and not to be missed on any visit to northern Thailand.
