Jumeirah Golf Estates (Water course)

Est. 2011

Jumeirah Golf Estates (Water course): Inspired by the natural elements of Fire, Earth, Water and Wind, and interwoven with tastefully designed homes, the four championship golf courses planned for the Jumeirah Golf Estates development are set to take their place among the world's most prestigious residential golf developments.

With the Earth and Fire courses already up and running, the master plan is in place for Jumeirah's Water course to follow at some point. It will be the first Vijay Singh designed course in the Gulf. Contrasting with its desert surroundings, the layout will feature abundant lakes and water features that are carefully positioned to ensnare the unwary golfer.

Although not on the well-beaten path of Scotland's "trophy" courses, if you are passing through this area, it's a must play.
