The Ho Tram Strip development currently includes The Grand Ho Tram Resort & Casino as well as The Bluffs, a Greg Norman designed championship course. Owned and operated by Asian Coast Development Ltd (ACDL), a Canadian-based development company, Ho Tram Strip will see further development, including a second hotel tower (1,100 rooms) and a luxury villa residential offering alongside one or two sections of The Bluffs golf course.
