Did you know?

The daughter of a famous golfing father (John Panton, MBE), Panton-Lewis was a founding member of the Ladies European Tour, which was established in 1978 as the Women's Professional Golf Association (WPGA). 1979 saw the launch of the WPGA Tour, in which Panton-Lewis won twice, finishing the season top of the Tour's first Order of Merit.
