Did you know?

Percy Alliss was the father of golf professional, golf writer, course designer and much admired commentator Peter Alliss. Percy spent some years working in Germany, where he won the German Open title on five occasions, and where son Peter was born in 1931. Percy later held the post of Secretary of Ferndown Golf Club in Dorset for 28 years.
