Dragon Lake Golf Club

4-star: generally an excellent standard golf course, well worth visiting.
Dragon Lake Golf Club Est. 2004

Where2Golf says:

Dragon Lake Golf Club is home to a championship golf course that ranks with some of the best in the Guangzhou area. This tree-lined and open parkland layout, the venue for the 2013 and 2014 Royal Trophy, provides a thorough examination of your all-round game, with many attractive and challenging holes in the 27-hole layout.

There's plenty of significant elevation change on several stretches of the layout. With water also in play on many occasions, accuracy from the tee is constantly at a premium. In keeping with most modern designs, the rolling, tumbling fairways lead to well-bunkered and opulently large greens that require a steady nerve to avoid three-putting or worse.

Stay & Play at Dragon Lake: luxury onsite accommodation available, see Where2Stay section below.
