Terravista Golf Course, home to a highly-rated clifftop, tree-lined open parkland layout, is located close to Trancoso, a one-hour drive south of the coastal town of Porto Seguro in Brazil's state of Bahia. Where some holes push up into a dense wooded hinterland, others drop down to the cliffs' edge, accompanied by stunning views along the coastline and over the South Atlantic Ocean. Terravista is located close to Trancoso, a district in the municipality of Porto Seguro in the state of Bahia, Brazil. The area is where, in the year 1500, Portuguese explorer Pedro Álvares Cabral first discovered the continent of South America and what was later to become Brazil.
