Devil's Paintbrush Golf Course: Located 7 km from each other, just outside Caledon Village in Ontario, are a fiendishly testing pair of private courses: the Devil's Paintbursh and Devil's Pulpit.

The Devil's Paintbrush is one of the top-rated championship layouts in Ontario, regarded by its designer, Mike Hurdzan, as his finest piece of work. The excellent open links-style course contains a wealth of wonderfully crafted, memorable and challenging holes. Definitely a course that will challenge your all-round game.

Limited access: this private course is generally playable only by its members and their invited guests.

Devil's Paintbrush, named after a flower that grows around the course, and its sister course Devil's Pulpit, named after a rock formation visible from the course, were crafted for the originators of the board game Trivial Pursuit, Chris Haney and Scott Abbott.

Ryder Cup: Rome plays host to the first ever Ryder Cup to be staged in Italy, with the USA defending golf’s greatest team trophy at Marco Simone Golf & Country Club (Sept 29-Oct 1).
