The Lake course at Spring City Golf & Lake Resort is one of the top-rated and finest championship layouts in China. Its companion Mountain course is also one of the jewels in the country's golfing crown.
Set on the banks of the Yangzonghai Lake, this spectacular layout includes three stunning lakeside holes and views of the lake from many others. Lake views apart, the Robert Trent Jones Jr out-and-back layout is also renowned for its narrow fairways, criss-crossing trenches and terraced fairways.
The front-nine steps you down from the elevated clubhouse to the lakeside, the doglegging risk-reward short par-4 7th playing an instrumental part in this journey. The plunging downhill par-3 8th, par-5 9th and par-3 10th are without doubt the lakeside show-stoppers ... but frequently played into a prevailing wind. A stunning, wonderfully natural but very testing course.
