Where2Golf says:
Punta Espada Golf Club - Cap Cana: Located on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, the Punta Cana area is widely recognised as a world-class golf destination. One of its crown jewels is the Punta Espada course at Cap Cana (Cape Cana). This bold, dramatic and testing Jack Nicklaus design makes full use of Cap Cana's rocky Atlantic shoreline, as well as incorporating two blue lagoons and a line of spectacular coral-laden bluffs - the ocean's former boundary. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th holes provide plenty of front-nine oceanside drama. But they are themselves eclipsed by the long par-3 13th and the short par-4 17th; both these spectacular holes requiring tee-shot carries over the ocean. At 13, the green is perched above the ocean on a wonderfully scenic rocky promontory. At 17, the approach shot is again threatened by the ocean, which skirts the rightside of the green. The par-5 12th and par-4 18th also have you playing right alongside the ocean's rocky foreshore. If the oceanside holes steal top honours, the undulating and dramatically crafted "inland" holes, all with their own ocean views, are not too far behind. The par-5 2nd is one of the best long holes in the Caribbean; played from an elevated tee, a turquoise lagoon protects the second and subsequent shots to the green. On a first outing at Punta Espada, your score could be decidedly unflattering, especially if the wind is blowing. Acquired knowledge will serve you well on subsequent occasions, while the majesty of this course and its oceanside surroundings will remain as visually jaw-dropping and vivid as on your first visit.
At this Stay & Play venue, the on-site accommodation is located close to the golf facilities.

Koksijde Golf ter Hille Golf Club: on what was previously open farmland, an enjoyable and challenging links-style layout has been crafted. The Duke Golf Club: represents the latest in a trio of private courses to arrive on the Dutch golfing scene. All prefixed by the definite article, The Dutch (2010, designer Colin Montgomerie) and The International (2012, Ian Woosnam) have now been joined by The Duke, which firmly targets a business clientele and the corporate golf market.
