From the A650 just north of Keighley, at roundabout, take the A629 (Hardings Road) direction Haworth. After 200 yards turn right onto Skipton Road, direction Utley. After o.5 miles, in Utley, turn right at the Roebuck Pub into Bichwood Road, then left into Keelham Lane, then straight across into Parkers Lane. Follow Parkers Lane back over A629 (dual carriageway) to golf.
Keighley Golf Club: Laid out along the banks of the River Aire on one side, and the Leeds & Liverpool Canal on the other, there is much to admire in this relatively short, parkland layout at Keighley. Mature trees and rapidly developing saplings provide definition to each hole, while lush grass beyond the fairways ensures that there is a price to pay for shots which stray into the semi-rough.
While Keighley's parkland charm, complemented by the meandering river, may present an easy-going, gentle outing at first glance, there are some holes that will more seriously test and examine your all round golf game. Many players would elect the good-length par-4 17th as their favourite hole. Longer par-4's at the 1st, 5th, 6th and 15th will all require good length off the tee if the green is to be hit in regulation; even then fairway woods and long irons are often needed to reach the target.
Keighley, together with the golf clubs at Ilkley and Bingley St Ives, form an attractive triumvirate of courses on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and Sundays (after 2 pm). Limited visitor access on Saturdays.

The Leeds & Liverpool Canal that flows alongside Keighley Golf Club, is the longest canal in Northern England at 127 miles long. It links the seaport of Liverpool with the Aire & Calder Navigation in Leeds, forming a through route between the Irish Sea and the North Sea. It passes through 91 locks with a summit level of 487 feet. Construction of the canal occured in phases between 1777 and 1816.

Nelly Korda: records a perfect start to 2024 with four wins out of her last four appearances on the LPGA Tour, a feat last achieved by Lorena Ochoa in 2008. Korda's win at the T-Mobile Match Play brought up her 12th LPGA Tour victory.
Scottie Scheffler: narrowly missed out on matching Nelly Korda’s three-in-three, when he placed second at the Houston Open. This followed back-to-back wins at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and The Players. Like Korda, he remains comfortably ahead in the official world golf rankings.
