Residential. The course is at the southern end of the former Glyfada (Ellinikon International) airport, which is now closed to air traffic, pending development as a park.

Glyfada Golf Club of Athens (also known as Athens Golf Club) is home to a good quality golf course, popular with local golfers. The tree-lined parkland layout contains a variety of attractive holes and features, ensuring an enjoyable test of golf at a generally affordable rate. Worth a visit if you are in the area and have some time to spare.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.

A new golf complex in southern Belgium, close to the border with Luxembourg, will start construction in June 2021.
