Track, The (Meydan Golf)
Nad Al Sheba Golf Club: The redevelopment of the Nad Al Sheba race complex in 2007 required the closure of the once popular and floodlit 18-hole Nad Al Sheba golf course. Many of the holes of this former layout were located "inside the rails" of the race track.
After almost 10 years, golf returned to the area in the form of The Track (Meydan Golf). This nine-hole layout is now entirely located "outside the rails" of the racetrack, utilising some of the space occupied by the former course.
Renowned golf course architect Peter Harradine strategically crafted The Track's nine holes, allowing six natural lakes and ponds to come into play. These water hazards threaten both tee and approach shots on several occasions.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.
Must book in advance. The Track is floodlit for night golf, playable until 11pm.
