Las Aromas
Las Aromas - Santiago Golf Club: Also frequently known as the Santiago Golf Club, Las Aromas is located just west of Santiago city centre, across the Rio Yaque del Norte. From the higher elevations on this quite hilly layout, you will enjoy panoramic views of Santiago and the Yaque del Norte River.
This public-access 18-hole golf course has been carved out of undulating, forested terrain, ensuring that most holes are tree-lined and have some degree of elevation change. The layout is surrounded by quiet woodland rather than housing. Bunkering here is relatively light along the fairways and not too deep around the greens, while water only threatens on a couple of the par-3s.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.
Must book in advance.

Today it is the second largest city in the Dominican Republic, with almost one million inhabitants.
