The pleasantly undulating course lies close to, but not directly alongside, the shoreline of Lake Maxinkuckee. The course is exclusively for the use of Culver Academies students, faculty staff, alumni and their invited guests.

Culver Academies is a college boarding school for 14-18 year old students, located in Culver, Indiana. It is comprises the Culver Military Academy for boys, Culver Girls Academy, and and the Culver Summer Schools & Camps.
