Where2Golf says:

Golf de Seignosse: Robert von Hagge was set quite a challenge to make something out of this rather hilly and twisting terrain. To his credit, he produced an enjoyable and generally playable golf course, although one that embodies his "trademark" requirement for precise shot-making. The consequences of slightly wayward hitting are often penal.

Seignosse's reputation for being tight, tree-lined and hilly is justified - and tight means not just drives but approach shots as well. Unless you hit your driver straight, its best to keep it in the bag. Be careful at the short par-4 2nd, 14th and 17th holes, where water makes life even more challenging. Balancing the need for an accurate long-game, there are three very short par-3s to take advantage of. The greens hold the ball well, and can be pretty quick.

Seignosse is certainly there to be enjoyed - a challenging course but also rewarding if good course management is applied. There are glimpses of the sea at the par-4 9th hole, and plenty of surrounding pine forest to admire.
