Second-placed Andrew Dodt (Aus) finished 11 shots behind 22-year-old Jediah "Jed" Morgan (Aus), who recorded his first professional win. Playing on his home course, Morgan's 22-under 262 broke the 94-year-old Australian PGA Championship's records for lowest overall score, largest margin of victory and youngest ever champion.
