Played as the Fortinet Australian PGA Championship (Jan 13-16; Aus Tour event). Second-placed Andrew Dodt (Aus) finished 11 shots behind 22-year-old Jediah "Jed" Morgan (Aus), who recorded his first professional win. Playing on his home course, Morgan's 22-under 262 broke the 94-year-old Australian PGA Championship's records for lowest overall score, largest margin of victory and youngest ever champion. [Royal Queensland GC, Eagle Farm, Brisbane, Qld.]. Note: the first of two Australian PGA Championships played in 2022.

22-year-old Jediah "Jed" Morgan (Aus) won the ISPS Handa PGA Tour of Australasia 2021/22 Order of Merit, with season earnings of A$190,408 on the Tour. Blake Windred (Aus) was second with A$125,285; Andrew Dodt (Aus) was third with A$112,730.
