Played as the Fubon Senior Open (Nov 15-17; co-sanctioned with Eurpn Snr Tr). Second-placed Wen-teh Lu (Taiw) finished 1 shot behind Wesselingh (Eng), who recorded his third European Snr Tour win of 2013. [Miramar G&CC, Taipei, Taiwan].

Wesselingh (Eng) won the Eurpn Snr Tr 2013 Order of Merit and associated John Jacobs Trophy, with earnings of €311,644 on the Tour. Steen Tinning (Den) was second with €206,087; Simon P. Brown (Eng) was third with €181,493.

Played as the ISPS Handa PGA Seniors Championship (June 7-10). Second-placed Anders Forsbrand (Swe) and defending champion Andrew Oldcorn (Scot) finished 1 shot behind first-time European Snr Tour winner Paul Wesselingh (Eng). Reduced to 54 holes due to bad weather. [Hunting course, Slaley Hall Resort, Hexham, Northumberland].

Wesselingh (Eng) won the Eurpn Snr Tr 2012 Rookie of the Year Award as the leading first-season player. He finished fifth on the Tour's Order of Merit, with earnings of €191,663.
Sony Open in Hawaii: played at Waialae Country Club near Honolulu, the Sony Open takes over the spotlight from The Sentry as the PGA Tour’s calendar-year opening event (Jan 15-18). The Sentry (not being played in 2026) was formerly known as the Tournament of Champions, with a field typically restricted to golfers who won a PGA Tour event in the previous calendar year.
Dubai Desert Classic: the DP World Tour’s first Rolex Series event of 2026, is contested for the 37th time (Jan 22-25). First won by Englishman Mark James in 1989, it now boasts a four-time winner, Rory McIlroy. Played on the Emirates Golf Club’s Majlis course, this once desert-surrounded course is the long-time flagship for Golf in Dubai.
