Leona Maguire (Ire) recorded the 2021 season's lowest stroke average (69.50) on the Ladies European Tour. Atthaya Thitikul (Thai) was second with 69.58; Maja Stark (Swe) was third with 69.59.
Lydia Ko (NZ) won the Vare Trophy, recording the LPGA Tour's 2021 season lowest scoring average (69.329) over a minimum of 70 rounds. Lexi Thompson (USA) was second with 69.629. Not making the minimum 70 rounds were: Nelly Korda (USA, 68.774, 62 rounds), Jin Young Ko (S Kor, 68.866, 67 rounds), Yuka Saso (Jpn, 69.364, 33 rounds) and Inbee Park (S Kor, 69.534, 58 rounds).

Jin Young Ko (S Kor) won the LPGA Tour Money List for the third straight year, with 2021 season earnings of $3,502,161 on the Tour. Nelly Korda (USA) was second with $2,382,198; Nasa Hataoka (Jpn) was third with $1,901,081.

18-year-old Atthaya Thitikul (Thai) won the LET season-long points chase, to capture the Tour's 2021 Order of Merit (Race to Costa del Sol) and €150,000 bonus. Thitikul accumulated 3,591.96 points (earning €602,042 in the process). Second was Pia Babnik (Slov) 1,953.89 pts (earnings €130,957); third was Stephanie Kyriacou (Aus) 1,765.24 pts (earnings €236,562). Thitikul emulated Esther Henseleit (Ger; 2019), Laura Davies (Eng; 1985) and Carlota Ciganda (Esp; 2012) in winning both the LET's Order of Merit and Rookie of the Year award in the same season.
18-year-old Atthaya Thitikul (Thai) won the LET Players' Player of the Year Award, based on the votes of her peers. She also won the LET's 2021 Order of Merit and Rookie of the Year award.

Jin Young Ko (S Kor) won the LPGA 2021 Rolex Player of the Year Award with 211 pts, based on a points system for top 10 finishes and performance in Majors. Nelly Korda (USA) was second with 197 pts; Patty Tavatanakit (Thai) was third with 126 pts.

Jin Young Ko (S Kor) won the LPGA Tour's 2021 season-long points chase, the Race to the CME Globe, with 3,520 pts; Ko won this Race for the second time in three years. Nelly Korda (USA) was second with 3,420 pts; Lydia Ko (NZ) was third with 2,754 pts.
Note: the 2021 "Race", based on points earned for "above the cut line" finishes, determined the 60 competitors for the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship and its $1.5 million first prize (also won by Jin Young Ko).

Patty Tavatanakit (Tha) won the LPGA Tour 2021 Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year Award as the leading first-season player. Using a season-long points system (based on finishes in Tour events), Tavatanakit accumulated 1,211 pts (earning $1,393,437 in the process). Leona Maguire (Ire) was second with 847 pts ($885,141); Yealimi Noh (USA) was third with 618 pts ($708,162).
Women’s (British) Open: the last women’s major championship of the season is hosted by Royal Porthcawl GC. It’s the first time this fabulous seaside links course has hosted the event (July 31-Aug 3).
Walker Cup: the 50th playing of this prestigious men’s amateur event sees the GB&I go head-to-head against the defending USA team at Cypress Point Club, California (Sept 6-7). After that, all eyes turn to Bethpage State Park on Long Island, NY, where the American and defending European professional teams engage in the 45th Ryder Cup (Sept 27-29).
Lottie Woad: 21-year-old Woad burst onto the professional scene in July, with wins in the Women’s Irish Open (as an amateur) and three weeks later in the Women’s Scottish Open (as a professional). She nearly picked-up a major championship, placing third in The Evian in the same month.
Pádraig Harrington: the ever-likeable Irishman added the (British) Senior Open Championship title to his stellar array of tournament successes. His win came on Sunningdale’s spectacular Old Course. Harrington had already bagged the U.S. Senior Open title in June this year.
Marco Simone Golf & Country Club: With a clubhouse that might befit a Roman Emperor, and a golf course to match, you can be sure of a memorable outing at Rome's most talked about golf facility.
Jim Fazio's original layout was much changed to create a modern Ryder Cup course ... now one of the Eternal City's (and Italy's) most revered.
