Lisheen Springs Golf Club is home to a challenging course that meanders its way through a picturesque valley. Set in some wonderfully natural countryside to the southwest of Dublin, this well designed layout is known for its usually good level of presentation and ability to thoroughly test your game.
On what is often a tightish test from the tee, your course management and shot-making will need to move up a gear on the back-nine. This is where water makes some telling appearances, in the form of the small, meandering Lisheen River. Good bunkering and large putting surfaces also add to the demands, and ensure your short game will be suitably tested. From the course there are many picturesque countryside views, with woodland and open hills creating the characteristically rich, green tapestry that is found throughout rural Ireland.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.
Must book in advance.

Good
The small, meandering Lisheen River that runs through parts of the course, actually provides some of the boundary between County Wicklow and County Dublin. This gives you the opportunity on four occasions to tee-off in one county and putt out in another.
