Club de Golf Chapultepec

Private: A course for members and their invited guests only.

Est. 1928

Club de Golf Chapultepec is one of Mexico's older courses, but certainly not the oldest (that honour goes to Puebla GC, founded in 1897). This private golf club does however enjoy the honour of having hosted the first seven Mexican Open championships.

Close to the heart of Mexico's capital city, this well-maintained and stylishly bunkered parkland layout occupies gently undulating terrain. You'll need to drive accurately from the tee onto the relatively tight tree-lined fairways.

Mexico City's elevation (over 2,200 m above sea level) should take care of some of the course's 7,200 yards ... if you dare to go from the tips. Well worth a visit, providing you can secure that all important member invitation. (More detailed description to follow in due course).
