From central Wanganui, travel north-west on Hwy 3 direction New Plymouth. On the outskirts of Wanganui you will pass Virginia Lake Reserve on your right. Take the second left after the lake - Montgomery Road. Follow Montgomery Rd into Mosston Rd, then turn right into Clarkson Avenue, direction Golf Club.

The Belmont Links at Wanganui Golf Club is a generally well-regarded layout, which includes several attractive holes and features. This tree-lined and open parkland course will test most facets of your game, and should provide a round with plenty of enjoyable golfing challenges. Worth visiting if you are in the area.

Chevron Championship: Carlton Woods near Houston in Texas provides the stage for the first women’s major championship of 2025, where Nelly Korda defends her title. (April 24-27).
Soudal Open: successor to the Belgian Open, the Soudal Open takes place on the quiet, wooded North course of Rinkven Golfclub. Belgian stars Thomas Pieters and Nicolas Colsaerts will be vying for top honours. (May 22-25).
