About the course

The course: 18 holes. Tree-lined & open parkland.
Relatively flat terrain - easy to walk.
 
Surroundings: Woodland and open rural countryside. The course is on the Trones headland, which juts into the Trondsheimfjord, but without direct fjordside holes.
 
Designer: Sweden-based, English course architect Jeremy Turner designed the current 18-hole layout.

Did you know?

Originally Sticklestad was a 6-hole layout built in 1993. The course was extended to 9-holes in 1999 and finally to 18-holes in 2008.
