Excellent
The Agalarov Estate was founded by billionaire Aras Agalarov, an Azeri businessman, developer and public figure, who emigrated from Azerbaijan to live in Moscow in 1998. The Agalarov G&CC is managed and operated by Troon Golf, a world leader in upscale golf course management.
We assume the nearby River Belyana takes its name from "Belyana" ships that once transported wood down the Volga and Vetluga rivers. These large wooden "river ships" had a crew of 60 to 80, and took their vast cargos of logs down river to the Caspian Sea. On arrival the ships were unloaded and then dismantled, becoming part of the cargo themselves.
