The Sea Pines Resort (Heron Point course)
The Sea Pines Resort (Heron Point course)
Est. 1964
Where2Golf says:
The Sea Pines Resort (Heron Point by Pete Dye course): Little was left unchanged when Sea Pines' Sea Marsh course was completely redesigned in the mid-2000s by Pete Dye. Now known as Heron Point by Pete Dye, the course still winds its way through the oaks and pines, which line the edge of Hilton Head's tidal marshland.
Once regarded as third in line of the Sea Pines triumvirate, Heron Point has been lifted to a level where it sits more comfortably alongside its companions, the Harbour Town Golf Links and the also redesigned Atlantic Dunes course (formerly known as the Ocean course).
Stay & Play: nearby luxury accommodation available at The Inn at Harbour Town, see Where2Stay section below.
