Randolph North Golf Course

3-star: Good course – an enjoyable test for your game.

Est. 1925

Randolph North Golf Course: Longer and flatter than the adjoining Dell Urich course, the Randolph North course (previously known as the North course in Randolph Park) is a solid parkland layout, albeit without the undulations and earth mounding of its neighbour.

The same mature oaks, pines and palms create an unmistakable parkland feel, and water comes into play on a few holes, starting with the 9th, which runs parallel to and beside the 18th.

The reasonably wide and flattish fairways and the absence of rough under the trees ensures your ball stays in-play and playable most of the time. The five holes where water hazards play their part, offer the best of the golfing challenges ... especially at the testing water-flanked par-3 15th.

Pádraig Harrington: the ever-likeable Irishman added the (British) Senior Open Championship title to his stellar array of tournament successes. His win came on Sunningdale’s spectacular Old Course. Harrington had already bagged the U.S. Senior Open title in June this year.
