Coosaw Creek
Coosaw Creek Country Club: originally a semi-private public-access course, and now a private member's course, Coosaw Creek commanded a solid reputation with local and visiting golfers.
The Coosaw Creek course is laid out among the rolling hills, wetlands and forests of the Lowcountry in South Carolina. Arthur Hills classic design complements the gently rolling terrain and natural landscaping of the area. Dense woods and wetlands border the fairways, while subtle mounding reflects the land shapes, which rise and fall as much as forty feet.
Limited access: this private course is generally playable only by members and their invited guests.
Private club; guests may only play if hosted by a member.
Non-metal spike facility. Walking permitted at certain times.
Good
Nearby Coosaw Creek is a small tributary that flows into the Ashley River less than two miles from the golf club; the Ashley River then runs out into the Atlantic Ocean via Charleston Harbor.
