McLemore Club
McLemore Club: set atop the highlands of Lookout Mountain in the far north-west of Georgia, and overlooking historic McLemore Cove and Pigeon Mountain, the former Canyon Ridge Club closed for renovation in 2019. It re-emerged with a new name, the McLemore Club.
Surrounded on all sides by state and national parks, historic land areas and private land trusts, the resort features an 18-hole Rees Jones and Bill Bergin championship course, laid out on undulating terrain in an often dramatic setting.
Several front-nine holes play into, along the walls of, and sometimes over an elevated ridge line on the eastern side of Lookout Mountain. The holes are flanked by deciduous forest and ancient boulders. Much of the back-nine sits on the plateau of Lookout Mountain ... an island in the sky! These traditionally configured golf holes offer a wonderfully scenic setting with distant views to forest-clad mountains.
The unforgettable finishing duo bring you back to the eastern cliff of Lookout Mountain. The stunning par-4 18th plays along the cliff edge with views all the way down into the base of McLemore Cove ... one thousand feet below.
Although an exclusive and private facility, this stunningly scenic layout can be played on a Stay&Play basis by overnight guests staying in the Club's rental properties.
Private club - Stay&Play packages available for guests staying in the onsite rental properties.
